We are looking for a 3–6 year Associate who is ready to step out of the shadows and into the courtroom.

WHO YOU ARE

• The Experience: You have 3–6 years of experience specifically in Plaintiff Personal Injury. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• The Hunger: You have a genuine itch to be in the courtroom. You aren't looking to avoid trial—you’re looking for a firm that will actually take you there.
• The Skillset: You can take a hostile deposition, dismantle a defense expert, and write a motion that leaves the opposition with no room to move.
• The License: Active member of the California State Bar.
