Our client is a well-established, high-volume custom apparel operation seeking a Screen Print Production Manager to take ownership of day-to-day production and workflow. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how a print shop runs from the screen room to the press and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal Screen Print Production Manager is someone who leads from the floor, keeps production moving, and takes pride in delivering quality work on time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily production as a Screen Print Production Manager, ensuring efficient workflow and on-time delivery Own the screen room process including coating, burning, and reclaiming screens Set up and run manual and/or automatic presses, including multi-color jobs and registration Manage production schedule, job flow, and order prioritization Supervise and support production staff to maintain consistency and output Troubleshoot print and equipment issues to minimize downtime Maintain quality control across all jobs Coordinate with internal teams to ensure production accuracy and deadlines are met
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a screen printing environment Proven ability to set up and operate screen printing equipment Strong understanding of screen preparation including coating, exposure, and reclaiming Experience leading production, workflow, or teams within a print shop Ability to stay organized and manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced setting Experience with equipment such as M&R, ROQ, or similar is a plus
