Of Counsel / Junior Partner – Employment Litigation (Fully Remote)

We’re working with a well-established, growth-focused litigation firm looking to add two senior employment litigators at the Of Counsel / Junior Partner level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running your own employment litigation matters from start to finish
• Handling wage & hour cases (including complex and high-exposure matters)
• Taking/defending depositions, drafting motions, and prepping for trial
• Advising clients and playing a key role in case strategy

What They’re Looking For

• 8+ years of employment litigation experience
• Active California Bar license (required)
• Deep experience with wage & hour law
• Ideally some defense-side experience and familiarity with billing
• Open to plaintiff attorneys who understand how defense practices operate
• Someone comfortable owning cases and working independently
