Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) Western Wisconsin | Food Manufacturing

GPAC has partnered with a well-established, high-volume food manufacturing facility in Western Wisconsin that is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their team. This is a 6PM–6AM shift (Wednesday/Thursday + every other weekend) with strong overtime potential and a team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, working in a fast-paced production setting, and being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly.

💥 What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
  • Work closely with production and QA to ensure safe, sanitary repairs
  • Maintain compliance with GMPs, OSHA, and food safety standards (FDA/USDA)
  • Document maintenance activities and communicate repairs impacting production
  • Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Maintenance experience in manufacturing (food preferred)
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (electrical is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently on night shift and prioritize tasks
  • Understanding of GMPs, safety protocols, and production environments
  • Team player mindset with strong communication skills

💰 Compensation & Schedule

  • $26–$32/hour (based on experience)
  • 6PM–6AM | Wednesday/Thursday + every other weekend
  • Full benefits including health coverage
  • Overtime available
