Position Overview

The Bridge Superintendent will be responsible for managing field operations on bridge construction projects from start to finish. This individual will lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site bridge construction activities from mobilization through completion
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and daily field operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and equipment
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Maintain project timelines and quality standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bridge construction experience in a superintendent or leadership role
• Proven “soup-to-nuts” experience managing bridge projects
• Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction practices
• Ability to lead teams and drive project performance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
