Job Description

We are seeking a Transportation Engineer to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm focused on delivering impactful transportation infrastructure projects that enhance mobility and improve communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support roadway, intersection, highway, and multimodal transportation projects
• Assist with traffic analysis, corridor studies, and roadway design
• Prepare plans, specifications, and technical reports
• Utilize tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Synchro, HCS, and related software
• Coordinate with civil, environmental, and planning teams
• Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Interface with clients, municipalities, and DOT agencies
• Assist with permitting and regulatory compliance
• Support proposals and business development efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• EIT or PE license (or ability to obtain)
• 2–10+ years of transportation engineering experience
• Experience in roadway design, traffic engineering, or transportation planning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in advancing into leadership or project management roles
