Maintenance Supervisor – 3rd Shift Food & Protein Manufacturing | Northwest Iowa Area

A well-established and growing protein manufacturing company in Northwest Iowa is looking to add a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to their leadership team.

Schedule

  • 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000 – $90,000 Base Salary

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians during overnight operations
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and processing equipment
  • Drive preventative maintenance efforts and equipment reliability
  • Partner closely with production to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility
  • Assist with training, coaching, and development of maintenance personnel
  • Ensure safety and PSM compliance standards are being followed

What They’re Looking For

  • Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting background preferred
  • Experience within manufacturing, food production, or protein processing environments
  • Knowledge of PSM programs highly preferred
  • Ammonia refrigeration experience is a plus
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to support technicians technically when needed
