Roofing Service Sales Rep

A top commercial roofing contractor is looking for a Roofing Service Sales Rep that can add to their growing service division.  This position offers a base salary, tremendous room for growth, autonomy, and the opportunity to earn massive commissions.

Service Sales Rep Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial roofing or similar sales experience
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of commercial roofing products, standards and industry in general
• Strong 360-degree communication with customers, management, peers, and direct reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Service Sales Rep Responsibilities

• Build relationships with commercial property managers
• Sell repairs and long-term service maintenance contracts
• Work with crews to ensure all work is performed to the highest level
• Create estimates for larger repairs, overlays, or re-roofs that align with predetermined profit margins

Service Sales Manager Compensation

• Base salary depending on experience
• Aggressive bonus/commissions plan
• Retirement plan, company equipment
