Raw Dairy Operations Technician

Vernon County, Wisconsin

gpac is partnered with a growing dairy manufacturing company in Vernon County, Wisconsin that is looking to add a Raw Dairy Operations Technician to their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with dairy manufacturing experience who enjoys a hands-on production environment and wants to continue developing their skills within a stable and growing operation. The company is seeking individuals who are committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence while supporting daily raw dairy processing activities.

Dairy manufacturing experience is required.

Schedule

• Day and Night 12-hour shifts available

Responsibilities

• Support raw dairy processing operations and equipment changeovers

• Monitor production processes and communicate equipment or product concerns

• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production records

• Follow GMPs, SOPs, sanitation, HACCP, and food safety requirements

• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Provide support across multiple production areas as business needs require

• Work collaboratively with operations, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Dairy manufacturing experience required

• 2+ years of manufacturing, processing, or production experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards preferred

• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn multiple areas of the operation
