Operations Manager | Luxury Residential Construction
A well-established custom home builder is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help lead high-end residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
Operations Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple luxury residential projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are achieved.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Support project planning, scheduling, procurement, and construction operations.
- Review plans for constructability and identify potential project risks.
- Assist with bidding, subcontractor selection, contract administration, and change management.
- Implement and maintain operational processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support project teams while fostering strong client and trade partner relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement across construction operations and project delivery.
Operations Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction management experience in luxury residential construction
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans.
- Experience collaborating with owners, design professionals, and trade partners.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
