A well-established manufacturing operation outside of Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a hands-on Facility Manager to lead day-to-day plant operations. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role with a stable company that values safety, quality, operational excellence, and employee development.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all facility operations, including production, maintenance, safety, quality, and employee development
• Manage and mentor a small team of employees
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HACCP, FSMA, and company safety standards
• Partner with maintenance and production teams to maximize equipment uptime and operational performance
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Mill Manager, Facility Manager, Production Manager, Assistant Manager, or high-potential Operations Leader
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams
• Manufacturing or processing experience with exposure to production, maintenance, quality, and safety
• Working knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and FSMA regulations
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to be visible on the production floor
