🚀 DISTRICT LEADER (MULTI-UNIT RETAIL OPERATIONS)

Lead Stores. Develop People. Drive Results.

Are you a proven multi-unit leader who thrives on coaching teams, improving performance, and delivering results? We're seeking a District Leader to oversee multiple high-volume locations, develop top talent, and drive operational excellence across the district.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, supporting managers, solving challenges, and creating winning teams.

🔥 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support multiple store locations within your district

• Drive sales growth, profitability, labor performance, and operational execution

• Recruit, develop, and mentor Store Managers and future leaders

• Conduct store visits, audits, and business reviews to identify opportunities and improve results

• Champion exceptional customer experiences across every location

• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company standards

• Lead initiatives, process improvements, and growth strategies

• Partner cross-functionally to remove obstacles and keep stores performing at a high level

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail, convenience store, restaurant, or similar operations

• Proven track record of improving performance and leading high-performing teams

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor, and key operational metrics• Exceptional coaching, communication, and leadership skills

• Comfortable spending the majority of time in stores supporting teams

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the district
