Residential Sales Coordinator

A respected and growing residential homebuilder is seeking a Residential Sales Coordinator to join its team in the Lexington area. This position is ideal for an organized, people-oriented professional who enjoys working with homebuyers and supporting the homebuilding process from contract through completion.

The right candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable balancing customer communication, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide buyers through design selections and upgrade decisions
• Prepare and process change orders and related documentation
• Coordinate appointments with homeowners, trade partners, and vendors
• Serve as a point of contact throughout the construction and closing process
• Maintain accurate records and assist with sales-related paperwork
• Support internal teams with scheduling, communication, and project coordination
• Help ensure a positive and seamless experience for homebuyers

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Professional and polished demeanor
• Dependable with a proven track record of reliability and attendance
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Previous experience in residential construction, homebuilding, real estate, or sales support preferred
• Candidates residing in or near the Lexington, SC market are strongly preferred
