Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Participate in depositions, mediations, court hearings, and negotiations
• Advise clients on commercial disputes and risk management
• Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys in a thriving commercial litigation practice

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
• Creative thinker
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong negotiation skills
