About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a firm that is a prominent national powerhouse, our Cleveland Commercial Litigation practice is experiencing exceptional growth. We are immediately seeking a sophisticated, mid-level litigation associate to join our expanding team in Northeast Ohio.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious attorney looking to step away from the grueling billable expectations of mega-firms without sacrificing the complexity or prestige of their caseload. We are seeking a talented advocate with a strong commercial litigation background who is prepared to hit the ground running and immediately take a meaningful role in case management.

  • Core Capabilities: Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills are essential. Candidates should possess proven hands-on experience drafting dispositive motions, managing complex discovery, taking or defending depositions, and preparing for court appearances.
  • Practice Fit: This role focuses strictly on complex, corporate-facing commercial matters.
  • Licensing: Active admission to the Ohio Bar is preferred. Candidates eligible and willing to complete a timely bar transfer or UBE admission to Ohio are fully encouraged to apply.

Hours, Flexibility & Compensation Structure

  • Competitive Base Salary: $150k-$190k
