Maintenance Technician

A growing food manufacturing operation is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join a newly expanding production facility in California. This opportunity offers the chance to work with advanced automated processing and packaging equipment while helping support the growth of a stable and essential food production operation.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
- Support installation and startup of new automated processing and packaging lines
- Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime
- Work closely with operations to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
- Maintain food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in food manufacturing, egg processing, poultry, dairy, protein, beverage, or similar regulated environments
- Knowledge of automated production and packaging systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
