Project Manager – Structural Concrete
Location: Houston, TX

A leading commercial builder is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex, high profile projects in the Houston area. Position Overview

The Project Manager provides full administrative and technical leadership for major commercial projects and may oversee multiple smaller projects. This role serves as the primary liaison with owners and design teams, ensures projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, and leads on site teams with clarity, consistency, and accountability. Experience managing projects with significant structural concrete scopes is strongly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and cost control
• Oversee field execution to maintain quality, safety, and budget
• Manage communication with owners and design partners
• Handle financials including changes, projections, and pay applications
• Direct subcontractor buyout and contract administration
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Support staffing, development, and overall project delivery

Qualifications

• Degree in construction, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years managing commercial projects with a GC
• Experience overseeing self-performed structural concrete
• Strong understanding of construction practices and standards
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills
• Effective communication, organization, and planning abilities
