🏢 Now Hiring: Real Estate Attorney | Hybrid | Pittsburgh, PA ⚖️ 

Are you a seasoned Real Estate Attorney looking to join a growing and respected legal team in the Pittsburgh area? We are seeking an experienced attorney with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, title and survey review, lease negotiations, and corporate M&A support.

📍 Location: Pittsburgh, PA

📅 Experience: 5+ Years Required (Extensive Experience Preferred)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review, analyze, and negotiate complex title commitments, title policies, surveys, easements, and related real estate documents
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases, amendments, estoppels, and related agreements
• Support corporate mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions involving real estate assets
• Conduct due diligence for sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
• Collaborate with corporate and transactional teams to ensure successful deal execution
• Advise clients on real estate risks, ownership matters, and transactional strategies

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed Attorney in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 5 years of real estate law experience
• Significant experience with title and survey review and negotiations
• Strong lease drafting and negotiation experience
•  Experience supporting corporate merger and acquisition transactions
• Excellent drafting, communication, and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
