Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle construction litigation and contract matters 
  • Participate in depositions, mediations, court hearings, and negotiations
  • Advise clients on construction disputes, risk management, and project-related issues
  • Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys in a thriving construction practice

 Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction law and construction litigation
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Background in engineering, architecture, or construction management is a plus
