A well-established global food and beverage manufacturer is seeking a North America Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across the U.S. market. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected international company with over 50 years in business, a strong global footprint, and a growing presence in North America.

This position is ideal for a sales professional with deep experience in citrus, fruit ingredients, juice processing, or bulk food/beverage ingredient sales who understands the North American market and is excited by the opportunity to help expand a major international brand in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $150,000 – $175,000

  • Bonus / Commission opportunity

Position Overview

The North America Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategy across the U.S. market, building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the citrus, fruit, and juice ingredients space.

This role will work closely with international leadership and serve as a key commercial resource for market development, customer growth, and strategic expansion efforts across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and sales growth throughout the North American market

  • Build and manage strategic relationships within food, beverage, and ingredient channels

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share across citrus, fruit, and juice-based products

  • Monitor market trends, harvest cycles, crop conditions, and supply dynamics impacting product availability and pricing

  • Collaborate with international leadership on sales strategy, forecasting, and commercial planning

  • Support negotiations, pricing discussions, and long-term customer development initiatives

  • Navigate USDA, FDA, import/export, and food safety regulations relevant to the business

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in citrus, fruit ingredients, juice processing, beverage ingredients, or related food manufacturing markets

  • Proven success growing revenue and managing key customer relationships

  • Strong knowledge of the North American fruit/citrus market

  • Experience with bulk juice processing, fruit-based ingredients, or industrial food/beverage sales

  • Familiarity with supply chain dynamics, harvest seasonality, and weather impacts on citrus and fruit products

  • Understanding of USDA, FDA, import/export, and food safety requirements

  • Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone
