The firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Defense Attorney to join its high-performing team and contribute to a dynamic and growing practice
This opportunity offers a competitive base salary, commensurate with experience, along with a strong performance-based bonus structure.
Manage litigation matters from discovery through resolution, including trial and mediation.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate with expert witnesses.
Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active bar license in good standing.
3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Ability to independently manage a caseload while working effectively within a team environment.
