Are you an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic looking for a company that values your skills and offers long-term career stability? We are partnering with an established manufacturer and service provider in Northern Indiana that is looking to add a skilled mechanic to its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment while working in a clean, well-equipped shop environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance, major repairs, and component replacements
  • Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and diesel systems
  • Work on equipment such as:
    • Excavators
    • Backhoes
    • Forklifts
    • Bulldozers
    • Other heavy construction equipment
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • 1–5+ years of heavy equipment mechanic experience
  • Strong experience working on heavy construction equipment (excavators, backhoes, forklifts, bulldozers, etc.)
  • Solid troubleshooting skills with:
    • Hydraulic systems
    • Electrical systems
    • Pneumatic systems
    • Diesel engines
    • Work on diesel motors
  • Experience performing repairs beyond routine maintenance
  • Stable work history
  • Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
