Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager (Public Accounting)

A respected and rapidly growing public accounting firm in the Cincinnati market is seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join its leadership team! What You'll Do

• Lead and review complex tax engagements for a diverse client base
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and individual clients
• Mentor, coach, and develop tax staff and seniors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide proactive advisory services
• Assist with workflow management, scheduling, and department growth
• Contribute to firm initiatives and leadership decisions

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required
• 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong technical knowledge of business and individual taxation
• Experience reviewing tax returns and managing client engagements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for mentoring others and developing future leaders
