MUST HAVE- Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 12 cases; adversary proceeding plaintiffs and defendants; creditors’ committees; individual creditors; trustees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases; and receivers
Location: Fully Remote (North Carolina Only)
Requirements:
✔ Active North Carolina Bar License
✔ Mid-level to senior-level bankruptcy experience
✔ Strong client management and case handling skills
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment

🔹 Corporate / M&A Attorney (Mid-Level to Upper Mid-Level)
MUST HAVE - 6+ years of corporate and transactional experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong communications skills.

✔ Experience handling mergers & acquisitions, business transactions, and corporate matters
✔ Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills
