A respected and rapidly growing public accounting firm in the Cincinnati market is seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join its leadership team! This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who enjoys building client relationships, mentoring staff, and contributing to the strategic growth of a collaborative firm.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and review complex tax engagements for a diverse client base
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and individual clients
  • Mentor, coach, and develop tax staff and seniors
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and provide proactive advisory services
  • Assist with workflow management, scheduling, and department growth
  • Contribute to firm initiatives and leadership decisions

Qualifications

  • Active CPA license required
  • 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience preferred
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of business and individual taxation
  • Experience reviewing tax returns and managing client engagements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for mentoring others and developing future leaders
