Are you a warehouse leader ready to take the next step with a stable, growing food manufacturer? We're seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to help oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at a well-established company that has been serving the food manufacturing industry for more than 30 years.

This is an opportunity to join a company that values operational excellence, teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee development. You'll work alongside the Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, improve processes, develop employees, and ensure exceptional service to customers.

What You'll Do

• Assist in leading daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory control.
• Supervise and coach warehouse team members while promoting a positive, safety-first culture.
• Improve warehouse efficiency through process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory management.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Help manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and labor costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience in the food distribution or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
