Traveling Superintendent – Warehouse Tenant Improvement (TI) Program

I am partnered with a well-established, 20-year-old Pittsburgh commercial contractor. Thanks to a newly secured 10-year nationwide warehouse TI program, they are adding a Traveling Superintendent to their team. This role offers an excellent travel schedule, long-term stability, and zero bench time.

What You'll Do

• Project Type: Fast-paced commercial warehouse renovations and buildouts.
• Project Value: Typically $2M – $3M per project.
• Project Duration: 3 – 6 months per assignment.

The Travel Schedule

• Rotation: Nationwide travel with trips home every 2 – 4 weeks.
• Downtime: Work from the Pittsburgh office between projects—never sit on the bench.

What We Look For

• Experience: Strong background as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
• Niche: Preferred experience in TI, Warehouse, Industrial, Retail, or Commercial Renovations.
• Skills: Leadership, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Flexibility: Full willingness to travel nationwide.
