Job Description

An established agribusiness is seeking an Ag Equipment Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain tractors, sprayers, combines, planters, skid steers, loaders, and other farm equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment and machinery
• Perform maintenance on tractors, combines, sprayers, planters, loaders, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, diesel engine, drivetrain, and precision technology issues
• Complete inspections, repairs, and service documentation
• Communicate with customers and internal service teams
• Perform shop or field service work as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications

• Ag equipment, diesel, heavy equipment, or farm machinery repair experience preferred
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• Experience with modern farm equipment and diagnostic tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage service priorities
• Valid driver’s license required
• CDL is a plus, but not required

Compensation
