Commercial Roofing Project Manager

One of the most reputable Roofing Contractors in the area is looking for a successful Commercial Roofing Project Manager. Their leadership team takes pride in their employees. Growing careers while growing the business.

Commercial Roofing Project Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Develop a detailed project plan and track progress.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed.
• Client follow-up and retention.

Commercial Roofing Project Manager Other Requirements:

• 5+ years of Commercial Roofing Project Management experience
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, including: TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Built-up Roofing, and Metal Roofing Systems.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience overseeing projects ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Relocation assistance may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
