About the Opportunity

A highly respected and rapidly growing commercial construction company is seeking a Special Projects Division Manager to lead and expand a thriving division focused on tenant improvements, renovations, capital improvements, occupied projects, and small-to-mid-sized commercial construction work throughout the Greater Seattle market.

This leadership role will oversee operations, business development, project execution, profitability, and team development while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day division operations and financial performance
  • Drive business development and client relationship efforts
  • Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff
  • Develop growth strategies and market expansion initiatives
  • Ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and profitability
  • Manage forecasting, staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Experience leading a Special Projects, Service, TI, or Renovation division
  • Strong business development and client-facing skills
  • Proven leadership and P&L management experience
