🔧 HVAC Service Technician (Residential & Commercial)

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer‑focused HVAC Service Technician to support our expanding residential and commercial service operations. If you take pride in quality workmanship, communicate well with customers, and enjoy solving problems in the field, we want to meet you.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of residential and commercial HVAC systems

• Install heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system tune‑ups

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using proper tools and testing equipment

• Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with local codes

• Communicate clearly with customers about findings, repairs, and recommendations

• Complete service documentation accurately and on time

• Work independently and collaborate effectively with team members

🎓 Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred

• Strong background in both residential and commercial systems

• EPA Certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

• Ability to read gauges, schematics, and technical manuals

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
