Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar license (or ability to become licensed promptly)
- 2–4 years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience handling discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, legal research, and client communications
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Trial, arbitration, or deposition experience is a plus

- Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
- Collaborate closely with experienced litigators on sophisticated, high-value matters
