A nationally recognized, highly respected plaintiff litigation firm is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of experience to join its growing litigation team. Position Overview

The ideal candidate has experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters and is eager to take on increased litigation responsibility while working alongside accomplished trial attorneys.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal injury caseload from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Prepare clients and witnesses for litigation proceedings
  • Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and hearings
  • Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
  • Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
  • Maintain accurate case management and documentation

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active license and good standing with the applicable state bar
  • 2–3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
  • Experience handling discovery and depositions
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced litigation environment
  • Trial preparation experience is a plus

  • Insurance negotiations
  • Medical records review and damages analysis
