The firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing practice. Position Highlights

• Handle a diverse caseload of workers' compensation matters from inception through resolution.
• Represent employers, insurance carriers, and self-insured entities in administrative hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Develop litigation strategy while working directly with experienced partners and clients.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and practical legal counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction (or ability to obtain admission promptly).
• Minimum 2 years of workers' compensation litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing cases independently while collaborating effectively with a legal team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
