Our client is seeking 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician in Norther Illinois-Dakota

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility support equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment as well as plant mechanical systems and develop sustainable solutions accordingly.
- Assist with equipment changeovers and line startups, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Participates in Continuous Improvement, also provides suggestions to improve processes, and participates in team projects
Qualifications:
- At least 3years’ experience in a Maintenance role
- Or three years of experience in industrial equipment Boiler, Chiller, OR HVAC
- Strong mechanical background in a production setting; Installation, troubleshooting and repairing gearboxes, sprocket/chains, belts, clutches, bearings, brakes, seals, and gaskets.
Schedule:
- This role works on a 2-2-3 schedule, so they only work about 1/2 the days each year. This gives extra days off and time to enjoy a work life balance.
