Commercial Loan Officer – Oklahoma City, OK

A growing, community-focused financial institution is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer with a strong Commercial Real Estate (CRE) background to join its Oklahoma City team.

What You'll Do

• Develop and expand commercial banking relationships throughout the Oklahoma City market.
• Generate new commercial loan and deposit opportunities through business development and networking.
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit information to structure sound lending solutions.
• Prepare and present credit requests for approval.
• Manage and grow an existing commercial loan portfolio while maintaining strong asset quality.
• Cross-sell treasury management, deposit products, and other banking services.
• Conduct annual relationship reviews and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of commercial lending experience in the Oklahoma City market or surrounding area.
• Strong Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending experience with knowledge of C&I and small business lending.
• Proven success in business development, portfolio management, and relationship banking.
• Strong commercial credit analysis, underwriting, and loan structuring skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
