Professional Engineer (PE) – Land Development Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team as a Project Manager. In this role, you'll lead projects, manage internal teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead land development projects from concept through construction.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing.

  • Serve as the primary client contact.

  • Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and project scopes.

  • Coordinate with civil, surveying, planning, and environmental teams.

  • Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.

  • Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.

  • Support business development and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.

  • 5–10+ years of land development/civil engineering experience.

  • Proven project management and client relationship experience.

  • Strong knowledge of site design, grading, drainage, and utilities.

  • Experience with project budgeting and financial management.

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
