Commercial Construction Superintendent

One of Madison’s most respected commercial general contractors is seeking an experienced Superintendent to take ownership of projects and lead the field from start to finish.

This is an opportunity to join a respected, well-established builder with a strong backlog, repeat clients, and a reputation for quality work throughout the region.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all day-to-day field operations
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, logistics, and site coordination
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and accountability
• Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partners
• Identify issues early and keep projects moving
• Oversee projects through punch list and closeout

What We’re Looking For

• Commercial construction Superintendent experience
• Strong knowledge of building methods and project sequencing
• Confident leadership and decision-making in the field
• Ability to read plans and solve problems quickly
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Procore experience preferred
