What You'll Do

  • Lead municipal water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication.
  • Oversee engineering design, permitting, and project delivery.
  • Mentor project teams and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with municipal clients throughout the Greater Chicago region.
  • Support business development through proposals and industry networking.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • 10+ years of experience in municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills.
  • Experience serving municipalities in the Greater Chicago region.
