What You’ll Bring:
✅ Active membership in the Florida Bar
✅ Minimum 8+ years of Trust & Estates experience
✅ Strong experience in estate planning, trusts, probate, and wealth transfer strategies
✅ Ability to independently manage sophisticated client matters
✅ Strong drafting, analytical, and client relationship skills
✅ Interest in long-term leadership and practice development
