Agriculture Accounting Assistant

GPAC is working with a respected agricultural organization that is looking to add an Agriculture Accounting Assistant to their team. This position will support daily accounting functions while working closely with agronomy operations, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Process billing for seed, chemical, fertilizer, and other agronomy products
• Manage customer accounts, account reconciliation, and billing records
• Maintain accurate inventory records, pricing information, and transaction details
• Provide customer service and support for customer inquiries
• Assist with daily office and accounting functions to support location operations
• Ensure records are accurate and completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Previous accounting, office, or agricultural experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to work extended hours during peak busy seasons
