Our client, a growing civil construction company, is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who enjoys connecting with people, a busy atmosphere, and good with technology.
Qualifications
Recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
Comfortable talking with individuals.
Strong social media skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Construction recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
