This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of real estate experience who wants to work on sophisticated matters while collaborating with experienced attorneys and business teams.

📄 Corporate Real Estate Contracts Associate Attorney

• Partner with the corporate team on real estate-related contracts and business transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements
• Provide legal support on transactional matters involving business operations and real estate assets
• Work closely with attorneys across multiple practice groups

Qualifications:
✅ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
✅ Active Pennsylvania Bar admission required
✅ Minimum 3 years of real estate law experience
✅ Strong transactional, drafting, and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✅ Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
