Key Responsibilities
- Lead all reconstruction operations across residential and commercial projects
- Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers and field teams
- Implement processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and profitability
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are met
- Partner with estimating and operations teams to maximize project success
- Drive customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships
- Support strategic growth initiatives and increase production capacity
What We're Looking For
- Leadership experience in reconstruction, restoration, or construction operations
- Background as a Reconstruction Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar role
- Experience managing multiple projects and leading teams
- Strong commercial and residential construction knowledge
- Xactimate experience preferred
- Contractor's license preferred or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to build accountability and develop high-performing teams
