Long-Standing Structural Steel Erector | On-Site PM

What You'll Be Working On:

• Structural Steel Erection

• Heavy Industrial & Commercial Construction

• High-Rise, Manufacturing, Sports Venues, Healthcare & Large Institutional Projects

What They're Looking For:

• 3+ years of Structural Steel Project Management experience

• Steel erection experience required

• Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractors, RFIs, change orders, and field operations

• Experience managing multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Excellent leadership and client communication skills
