3+ years of construction safety experience
Structural steel or heavy industrial construction experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations
Ability to conduct jobsite inspections, safety meetings, and field coaching
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
OSHA 30 required (CHST or CSP is a plus)
Rapidly growing contractor with a strong project backlog
