HR & Recruiting Specialist – Hybrid

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a full-time HR & Recruiting Specialist

for a direct-hire opportunity offering flexible hours and a hybrid schedule. This hands-on

role will manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and daily HR administration

within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting will be managed from sourcing through offer coordination.
• New-hire onboarding and orientation will be administered.
• Employee relations and HR administrative needs will be supported.
• Employee records and confidential documentation will be maintained.
• HR policies, employment laws, and best practices will be followed.
• Managers and employees will be provided with HR guidance and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Preferred 3+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
