As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will:

• Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and consultants
• Conduct project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and schedule impacts
• Monitor project financials, forecasting, and change orders
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are consistently met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferred
• Proven success managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
• Experience working with subcontractors and cross-functional project teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with CMiC
