Quality Assurance Manager | Ready-to-Eat Food Manufacturing | Southern Indiana

Ready-to-Eat experience is required.

I'm partnering with a well-established food manufacturer that is looking to add a Quality Assurance Manager to their leadership team.

If you have a strong background in food safety, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and leading QA teams in a Ready-to-Eat (RTE) environment, I'd love to connect.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the plant's Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, SQF, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and SOP requirements.
• Oversee internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Manage CCPs, validation activities, pre-shipment reviews, and corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, Sanitation, and Plant Leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop the QA team while maintaining a strong food safety culture.

What We're Looking For

• Quality leadership experience in food manufacturing
• Ready-to-Eat (RTE) experience is required
• Strong knowledge of USDA/FDA regulations
• Experience with SQF, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and food safety systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
