$175,000–$225,000 + Billable Hour Bonus

A well-established and highly regarded litigation firm in El Segundo is seeking a Business & Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its collaborative team. This is a hybrid position from day one with a firm that genuinely prioritizes work-life balance, professional development, and a positive office culture.

You'll work closely with the firm's Managing Partners on sophisticated business and real estate disputes while enjoying the support of an experienced legal team in an environment where attorneys are trusted, valued, and encouraged to succeed.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Strong legal writing, communication, and advocacy skills
• Experience with business and/or real estate litigation is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a supportive team
